Al, the first posting from Ed Fishel read:

Only after Ed was asked why unsupported releases were left high and dry,
did the following posting materialize (some days later):

I was told that the decision was made a few minutes ago to provide PTFs for
the V3R2, V4R1, and V4R2 releases
