yes Dave, you are - as always - correct (thanks), it is the offset (in the
associated space)
 - I was off by x'100' in my count - didn't look carefully enough :-(.

So, this is my take on it:
0044 is the IPL number (?)
0001 is the WCBT number - here WCBT01
001E2F00 is the offset in the associated space

Now, the WCB for the job is where? Once I have the PCO...
