>> I wonder who sets the prices at IBM for this stuff. The V4R3 is $193, the V4R2 is $35, and the V3R7 is $257. Other versions were $57.75 and $111. Go figure. They have a _very_ strange pricing system which seems to change with each release, if not more often! They seem to fix the price of a particular edition of a book based on the pricing formual in effect at that time and then keep that price even if the next edition comes out more (or less). If it is any consolation, when I was with IBM I found that the internal prices were even more peculiar - one release it would cost you $1.25 - the next it would be $70+ Must be something to do with the altitude in Boulder <g> +--- | This is the MI Programmers Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MI400@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MI400-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MI400-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: dr2@cssas400.com +---
