exactly my main point Bruce,
why can't we have trigger programs for READ as we have
them for WRITE and UPDATE. My suggestion of using SEPT
was only to point out that there *is* a way, albeit not a good one,
if there is a strong enough business case for monitoring READS.
If IBM supplies the necessary trigger function, nobody in his
right mind would think of using anything else.
