CMF1/2 maths functions in MI

Mike,

The parameters are documented in the MI Functional Reference manual
which can be ordered.  This manual currently is not available on the web.

For CMF1 the controls are: 1-Sine, 2-Arc sine, 3-Cosine, 4-Arc cosine,
5-Tangent, 6-Arc tangent, 7-Cotangent, 10-Exponential function,
11-Logarithm based e, 12-Sine hyperbolic, 13-Cosine hyperbolic,
14-Tangent hyperbolic, 15-Arc tangent hyperbolic, 20-Square root

For CMF2: only 1-Power is defined.
