I'm looking at chapter 11 (not 9 as I previously stated) page 525 of the
ILE/C Prog-ref

It states "_QTEMP_POINTER a macro to get the system pointer to the jobs
qtemp..."

A tiny bit of research finds that the _QTEMP_POINTER macro gets defined
as

    #pragma linkage( _QTEMPPTR, builtin);

for ILE/C in the QCLE/H(MILIB) for V3Rx and in QSYSINC/H(MILIB) for V4Rx
