Hi Denise, I believe that counts as many concurrent licenses, if that is how your product is licensed, as are logged on. so however many workstations are logged on as a user profile, that is how they are counted. The number of users in a group are essentially limitless but as they sign on, I believe, they grab a license whether you are concurrent or user licensed does not matter.

Subject: [MAPICS-L] Question: Mapics Group user profiles

Good morning,

I work for a manufacture who runs Mapics they use group profiles instead of individual profiles and I am curious on how many active users can sign on using the group profile?

I have been unable to find any doc's about this and I hope someone can shed some light.

Thanks so much,

Denise Wilson
