Can anyone help clarify for me; Named Users vs Concurrent Users Licensing.

With Named User Licensing can the same user sign on to multiple sessions; ie 2 green screens and 1 PowerLink and would that consume 3 licenses or just 1 license.
With Concurrent User Licensing can the same user signs on to multiple sessions; ie 2 green screens and 1 PowerLink and would that consume 3 licenses or just 1 license.
