When I encounter these types of issues with my XA Customers I usually get the Infor resource involved who has always been very helpful in identifying and making recommendations to improve the performance. Ask your Infor Channel Partner for this type of assistance, the resource comes from Infor and generally there is no cost to have him take a look and make recommendations.

Subject: [MAPICS-L] Powerlink Performance Tuning

Does anybody have any tips and tricks on how to improve Powerlink R9 response time? We recently upgraded to Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit running on 8GB, 1600mhz computers. There were very slight improvements but not much to my expectations.

Any ideas?
