We have some items that we want to withhold from an allocation due to
shortages and then manually allocate them to a pick. The stock pick process
appears to allow us to pick for a part but not exclude a part.

We discussed placing the items into a warehouse and only transfer it when we
are ready to run a pick but we are looking for suggestions for alternate
approaches.
