Have you checked out Precision Software? They have a Supply Chain
integration solution that works with most any ERP systems. As long as they
have an API that will allow you to upload a file from the AS/400 you should
be able to use their software and I believe they do keep up with
regulations.
Can't hurt to get a demo so see what their solution would be and a cost.
Since they host the software, that should keep the cost down somewhat. I
personally have not used this software as our solution was a custom home
grown solution using the AS400 office software - not a solution I would
recommend by any means.
