Fwd: Infor ERP XA Product Group: New To XA & iSeries - Any Advise?

This probably sounds basic but I would get a key grasp of how your company is using - items, inventory, purchasing, and financials. Integrator is an awesome tool if available. Powerlink is an asset. Odbc is great. If you have a specific challenge find a way to address with XA. Ask questions whenever required the XA community is supportive - at least in my experience.

You need to get to know Enterprise Integrator. Any System i file can be added to PowerLink. If you do not own EI, you need to buy it.

I can show you some apps I have developed in PowerLink. I'm at INFORUM now but will be back in the office next week. I can do a GOTOMeeting with you.
