I have attached a field listing of what is contained in our SALES file
that we build every night.

We also use the ZONE code that is a Ship To level field for special
summary purposes.

How do you know what state it is booked in? Sales territory file, or
some other method?

The First report would be a sales dollars by State BOOKED. I'm sure
there will be more later.

We are always having problems with reporting Salesman data, 25 plus
years. I just found out that it does matter were the order is "bill
to:

or "shipped to".

What matters is where the order was booked.

Preferred by state but they could scare me and say zip code.

Any ideas.

Thanks ahead of time.
