Have you tried running your XML using the system-link simulator? I use it
a lot if my XML is not working as expected. You paste in your request,
submit it, then it gives you back a response of what happened. Only bad
thing is that it does not work with variables so you would have to hard
code your values. I have noticed that if the data in your variable is
longer than the field you are updating it will fail. For example item
description is 30 characters, if your variable you pass in is 31, the XML
will fail. It does not truncate the data.

Are you having trouble with all decimal values, or only when they have 1
position behind the decimal? Infor was having issues with fields
defined as 2,1 and 3,1 for a while. Make sure you are up to date on
your patches.
