I have many graphs. What I did was to create a file. You update the file
periodically. The data you want to graph is in one record with multiple
fields.

For example: 12 fields for sales, each month, 12 fields for cost, 12
fields for margins. You can add year to date fields also, Current year &
previous year

You will now be able to graph current year sales by month, cost by month
and margins. These graphs can be place in a window showing all three at
one time.

Subject: [MAPICS-L] Graph in IDF of KPI

We have a request from the President to place an icon on an IDF screen
(CSM) with one click display a graph showing Sales Period to date, Sales
Year to date, Period Cost to date, Cost Year to date fields totaled by
item accounting class. The data we can get from Item Balance file. The
graph in IDF we have never done before.
Anyone presenting any graphs in IDF Release 9 give us some pointers.

Thank you,
