Raymond,
I had contemplated suggesting EPAK to some of our folks about general
documentation and related; however, I have never been able to come to
grips with the named user oriented licensing. If we want to share our
documentation with 'every' employee...then we need to license every
employee. There is a 'beauty' to the tracking of training and reviewing
material; however, I have not been able to get around the shock of
licensing every employee as compared to publishing a web page, PDF, ...
Perhaps the TCO can win...but I have not been able to get beyond the
license...

No one has completed ISO documentation in EPak or are not interested in
doing ISO9000 documentation in EPak? Have you loaded Word documents or
Excel spreadsheets to EPak if so how does that work? Infor says you
have to a recording and a special format for EPak any ideal of how to
load standard MS Windows documents to EPak for the purpose of ISO or
SBO?

Anyone using EPak for ISO9000 documentation rather than Word and Excel?
