Thanks for this update. Does this AT/API affect messages thrown during the Entry/edit of orders in CSM as well?

I reported this issue to Infor support and referred them to this discussion on MAPICS-L from December 2010. They came back with a solution that may help.

They suggested activation of "API" UMBCOD5R "AT: Update Item quantity". What this does is insures the Customer Order blanket quantities agree with the CO Line item quantity.

How this works: When editing the release schedule and getting warning message "Release Quantity does not equal item quantity" AMB0941, the item quantity is updated to match the net of the blanket releases. We have activated that API and will continue to monitor booking variances.

If interested, look at the COM Application Group, COD Customer Order Detail "Process Group". The API is the Code=5 on the list.

I hope this helps solve the issue once and for all!
