I actually need to generate a file to be passed to another system. Does Cross
Apps/Maintenance - Change/Security allow for file generation?

Why not use Cross Apps/Maintenance-Change/Security Maintenance/Generate
Reports
Available in XAR4 --- should be in later versions too.
