Not positive, but I think it might be Customization Definition Server lock?
Don't know what that means, but it could be a clue.

Does anyone know what the CDSLCK file is used for? R7.8 Backup failed due
to a "lock" on the CDSLCK file not getting saved in the AMFLIB. File has no
description on it.
