Three things to check.

1. Do you have any missing members or blank members in GELWRK or GELWRC
2. Check the MBTCH field in system control record GELWRK
3. What is the record type code you are using. Is it and the transaction source code the same for all records in the same journal.

Can anyone out there help me with an issue using GL offline load
function. I am using release 6 an I am attempting to upload GL
transactions for payroll. I have created the offline load file
according to the GL user guide and when I attempt the load process, a
batch gets created; however there are no records in the batch, the batch
is left active, and the report generated indicates an invalid account
number for sequence #0. The account numbers are right justified, with
leading blanks(they are valid acct numbers). All numeric values have
leading zeros. I contacted infor for support they looked at the upload
file and indicated that it looked correct but could not offer any more
assistance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
