Get ready for a lot of work!
Since it will vary, depending upon who advises your company as well as the tone from the top, the best place to start is what version of MAPICS you are running, do you use any GUI modules, and other apps on the AS400?
I don't use any purchased tools on our AS400 or Unix box.

Subject: [MAPICS-L] SOX
We are a newly public company (IPO in February), so we are starting to deal with SOX requirements. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions or tools when it comes to segregation of duties - i.e. security access in MAPICS. Over the years, I'm sure we have unintentionally expanded users access in MAPICS, and we will need to scrub who has access to what functions. I am wondering if anyone has come up with a way to analyze this efficiently.
Thanks.
