An order gets to status 45, meaning that all IM activity has been reported
completely but PCC data is still pending. As a result, the order
completion date (OCODT) in MOMAST would correspond with the RM
transactions, when all the parts are RM'd, 100%, then the completion date
would be recorded as that date.
Is my previous explanation correct?
