I'm not sure why the tiptext on my card file isn't working, but that should tell you. On complex logicals, I've called support to get the answer.
Also, if you want to get column totals on this field you can create your own logical field within the business object or create a logical file and bring it in as a secondary to the object and you can run column totals on it.
Is anyone else not seeing their tip texts on the card files?
