Peter-

I think it is a logical field adding together Quantity on order (production) (QOOMIB) and Quantity on order (purchasing) (QOOPIB). The Item warehouse business object has it listed as logical, but I am not seeing the tiptext displayed with usually shows you how it is calculated.
