Prior to implementing MDCC, we used Kronos very successfully, for several years. Kronos did require special terminals at the time, but it was possible to have transactions entered directly from a PC if you wanted to do so, and the data flowed through to PMC. Also, at FFT, we developed a couple custom screens, using standard PMC input as the base, to gather transactions. That was pretty easy to do. I'm not sure if that's what you are looking for, but I'd be pleased to go into more detail if you are interested. The technology has really improved a lot that way recently.
