Yes, it is IE Tab. It works very well. It allows you to switch rendering
engines for any page at any time, and you can also set specific pages to
default to IE. It's very nice if you want to avoid having both FF and IE
open at the same time.

There are 2 other plugins, IE View and FirefoxView, that let you switch from
one browser to the other. I used to use them a lot, but the recent versions
of IE Tab work well enough that I don't think I've used them in over a year.
