We currently have a process to add orders via the offline load files
(MBG8CPP - order header, MBG9CPP - order lines, MBHCCPP - releases) from
our remote ordering system.
We now have a requirement to add, at a later date, after the order has
been created in Mapics,
1 A special charge
2. Modify the selling price - and possibly other details - of an Order
line item and possibly order header.
These require to be added at a later stage as additional costs - due to
special customer requests - will only be determined 2 or 3 days aftger the
order is entered into Mapics.
However, reading the manuals it looks like the offline loads are only
capable of adding new orders and amending existing orders.
Am I correct ?
If not, anyone and idea how I amend the current process ?
