In your trigger program you should be able to use the program
information data structure to get the user ID.

I need some help to identify the name of the program, user id and
before/after values records in the MTHACTE..... we have a trigger
program
that tell us the before and after but there is no way to identify the
user.

Does anyone have a tool or program that a can help us?... thank you.
