Tim,

If the order is in status '10', maybe you can change the customer number
in the Customer Order Header MBC6REP file and the corresponding bookings
files MTHACTE and MTHACTV , if the order is not status '10', forget it,
you will have a big problem because you need to change the picking files,
shipments, etc.

Tip: Use the ERLCOM tool to find the files where the customer number is
used.

[MAPICS-L] Change Customer Number on an Order

Hello all.

So I know that XA says I can't change a customer number once an order is
entered. But...

Can I anyway? Has anyone done this? What files are affected? We have
some customization on our orders, and I don't want to have to change all
of these related files to reference the new order.

Any war stories on doing this would be appreciated, and I won't think
about it again.

Thanks.
