MBBWCPP is the historical header file. It has the audit fields at the end of the record. I'm at R6 but I think this file existed in R4. As long as there was any shipping activity, this record should be there. And it would be created at deletion.

All is the data is in the historical files. Are any of them reliable
to determine who touched the order last?
