I have installed Windows Sharepoint Services to address this and many
additional needs that can be used with annual license fees or the need
for programming. Its free from Microsoft and is a great tool for
cutting down on the amount of emails within a company and the duplicate
versions of documents within an organization. It has its own task and
calendaring that interface very well with Outlook 2007 and it has a
issues tracking system that can be customized to meet company specific
needs. I am installing another Infor ERP package and Sharepoint is my
exclusive product for all employees within the organization to
communicate the 'activities' of the implementation. I highly recommend
it and if anyone is interested, please email me and I will give you a
demo when time permits. I had Track-It and this thing will blow
Track-It into the stone age within a few short years. Microsoft finally
has a product that non programmers at any IT level can use and
