Greg,

How Kevin described it is how we had to do it. We processed our Warranty Claim credit memos that way also. It's not that hard to do, but it DOES take 2 steps. I was wondering if someone had come up with a better way.

I would think that you could use the COM Order Offline Load to "setup the
order", then confirm it and then send the ship information to the COM
shipment offline load.

I haven't tried this but it seems like it should work. Thus emulating the
"immediate shipment" and all from one program.

Hello!

I'm creating COM orders by placing records into the COM offline load files.
Is there any way I can make the COM orders bypass the pick/pack/ship
process? I need to create COM orders just as though they were entered via
menu option "3. Enter Immediate Shipment Orders". Perhaps by changing the
order type? If found the exit UMBOFLAR. Does this populate the offline
shipment files?

Thanks!

Greg
