When I had problems, it was usually that I didn't use the correct ID
when recording vs. the ID you told ROBOT to use. We handled that by
ALWAYS using a specific ID, created specifically for ROBOT's use, and
used that same ID to do the "learn". If we recorded using a
programmer's ID, sometimes we got messed up. Just a suggestion. We
handled all the authorization problems that way.

Are you asking about the actual running of the job (options 8, 6, 7) or
the control/calendar file update? We have run CRP through ROBOT for
years with no problem, but do NOT do the date maintenance through ROBOT.
