went to set the planning horizons for one of the 19 warehouses and

the following message: "Not Authorized to Interplant".

Questions: Is this the remnants of an old package?
Question: Is there a bit in SYSCTL that needs to be reset to disable
this
function?

I'm thinking that there was some attempt somewhere in the past to tack
on
interplant and then it was abandoned.

Any info that points me in the direction that would remove this would be
helpful.
