Willie,

The Cforia MC2 software will do what you want!

We just setup to mass create customer statements for year-end, and
printing invoices is an option too.
You can email PDF's, print, fax, etc.

Check out the software at www.cforia.com MC2 does a lot of other
things too!

Happy Holidays...james

Subject
[MAPICS-L] Automate AR Collection Process

I have been asked to automate our AR collection process.
Accounting wants to be able to reprint a selected group of invoices that
are do for collection.
I have checked with Mapics Support and was told that there is no option in
Mapics to do this.
We are currently using the user exit to print program UMBSPF4R. This
prints an XA invoice using our layout.
I thought of building a file with each Invoices 'parm' that UMBSPF4R
requires. Then I could read that file and call UMBSPF4R passing that
'parm' though and let it do all the work.
I would like any help, pointers or ideals on the best way to get this
done.
Thanks,
William Moore
