I think it takes someone who has EDI/programming skills to get the
combination of MAPICS/EC/Trusted-Link to work smoothly.
Certainly some training is required. User exit programs take some
skill to develop. Switching to another vendor could be quite a task and
would cost you another license fee. You may find the new software
works similarly as what you have now.

Good Afternoon everyone.
We currently use COM, EC and trusted-link to move our EDI transactions
us to customer. Not being an EDI guru, but also not that happy with our
EC flexibility, has anyone out there found and used another product that
works great with MAPICS that is better then EC and is more user friendly
to map.
