Problems with customers accessing NetLink at port 36001

Has anyone ever had problems where some customers could access NetLink
over the web while others can't? We are running into problems where some
customers can pull up the web page while others can't. We are assuming
that those that can't must have security on their router that is blocking
access to port 36001 that NetLink uses. Has anyone run into this problem?
If so, did you ask the customers to change their security? Or, did you
change the port NetLink uses?
