Maybe I am not understanding your problem but I have been using IE7 with
the XA-No Wait Response pages for a few months. I did notice that today
I now have to select the Infor XA Knowledge Base twice, once in the pull
down and again on the next page but I am able to get where I want. Do
you have POP ups blocked? I recently found that the google tool bar also
was blocking popups so I had to turn it off there as well.

I would like to know who design your Infor365 Online Support web site?
Because my 10 year could of done a better job!!
The just now I try to get to the knowledgebase for XA. Where there is a
drop down menu, which is fine, I select XA from the menu, thinking that
it would take me directly to the XA No Wait Solutions page, but no it
takes me to a page lists all the menu options again!
This is not good web design or web programming. Also, try to access the
XA No Wait Solutions page with IE7.
You can't. Get with it Infor. What do we pay you for??
