I requested a license key from the Infor website over a week ago, and
have not gotten them yet.

From their main menu, click on Tools, then 'Request a Software License

Key' from the drop down list.

Has anyone else requested keys from Infor? If so, how long did it take
to get yours?

Has anyone noticed that the license key expiration message does not
match the dates the license keys are actually active?

Is there a specific PTF out there to address this issue?

Also, I have noticed that you can no longer request keys via the
website. Has the website address changed or is it only via phone now?
