You are going to have to develop something yourself, I can't think of
anything in MAPICS that would do this automatically.

[MAPICS-L] Credit Card Orders

We need something added to customer order entry that will alert a CSR
if the payment terms are "CC" and there has been no credit card
information entered. Can this be accomplished?
