I had to do that at one of my customer locations. I had to modify AMBA1E1R
and/or AMBA3E1R to handle it. The same program(s) have to be modified if
you want to force the CSR to use the Customer/Item Xref screen for entry.

AMBA1E1R is for Detailed Item Entry. AMBA3E1R is for Customer Item Entry. If you use any other screens for entry, you will have to find out those
program names (ie: speed entry, etc.).
