Nick,
They did not respond until I called this morning and ask for an update. I would have
been nice if they would have told us this at the begining.
The SH14406 the suggested is not easy to go through and try to find what should be downloaded.
They should have done some resurch of us users to see what we needed, ect. Instead of just making
major changes and telling us we have to live with it..
Willie...

Hi Willie,

How long did it take Infor to respond to you?

I put the same question out to them a week ago, and have not heard
anything yet.

Thanx,

Nick

Subject: Incident # 878886 update from Infor Support

Please reply to this email if you wish to add an activity update to your
Infor Incident 878886.

Dear WILLIE MOORE,

The following update was made to your Infor Support Incident # 878886 on
08/03/2007 by Irma Zamot:

Topic: Update
Notes: Willie,

Once support moved to the new server, they stopped sending out email
notifications. Understand that this is an important part to our
organization, management is working with our internal area to get this
back on line. There is no date as to when it will be available but we
know it is important for this type of communication to go out. In the
meantime, you can review:

SH14406 XAR7 INFOR ERP for iSeries R7 Downloadable fixes

and query fixes for your application, but Willie, do not apply fixes
unless you have the problem that it is correcting.

Irma

Details: User not getting any alerts to program updates since going to the
new website.
