Changes to Infor Portal (E:Info)

Dear XA Community,



I know this recent change to the portal has been a bit frustrating for
some of you.

There are some expected growing pains as Infor continues to increase our
available

solutions. Since many of you have been with XA for a number of years I
know you

have witnessed our passion to continue to improve our tools. These
improvements

have included the No Wait Response system, our robust knowledge base,
software

downloads, single fixes, and more. We will continue to refine this site
to ensure it

is more useable and accessible. I will be happy to provide you with a
self running

PowerPoint that should help you navigate this new portal. If you have

any problems gaining access please call 877-772-4111 and ask to speak to

a support manager and we will guide you through.
