SS / Medicare withholding


I've got a call in to MAPICS with no call back yet, but it hasn't been
24 hours!

For anyone using MAPICS PR have you run into this and do you have a fix?


New employee last quarter claimed FIT exempt on his w-4. When he got
entered, both FIT and SS/Med apply got coded as no. Now when processing
quarterly payroll reports the SS and Med payroll don't match up with
what was withheld since none was.

Any suggestions on how to force appropriate earnings and deductions to
fix this error?
