If the customer was at "H" hold status--not suspended--had no
outstanding invoices and no activity for 30 days--the month end will
remove the customer. At least that is my understanding--we are at Rel
6.

Subject: [MAPICS-L] Why did our COM period close delete a customer?

List,

We have been trying to figure out who deleted a customer and have found
a journal entry where the COM period close process deleted the customer.
The specific program was AMVAZXFR. The source code does not help to
figure out what happened.

Does anyone know what conditions would do this?

Thanks,
Greg
