Re: Customer master - default values

  If using CSM, set up a default value via an entry, 'create'
   template....works for either rel 6 or rel 7.

    Is there an easy way to load a default value into certain fields when a
    new customer is created?   I specifically want to load a '03' in the
    Priority ID field.
