Adding new Personal Ledger to Customer

To the list,
When adding a new (not the initial ledger) Personal Ledger to IFM and linking 
that Ledger to a Customer, IFM then creates the new Customer in COM.  The IFM 
Entity has records in the Entity Contact file and, according to the website and 
the program YAFQDFR, is supposed to retrieve the Contact Name, Telephone Number 
and Fax Number and pass them over to the COM file MBALREP.

Has anyone experienced that the new Ledger (not the initial Ledger) is not 
getting any of these 3 fields?
