Dale,
        We are working on implementing PO Offline Load and are not using IFM.  
We did run into an issue with a blank response file we had to populate 
manually.  Other than that, we have not experienced any issues.

We are using IFM and have no problems.

The only issue we have with the off-line is not we are not able to use our 
own purchase order number.

The program over writes the user created purchase order with a system 
generated number.

IFM?  I am not and appear to be having problems due to that....
