Go to:

1) CAS
2) 3. Maintenance/Change >>
3) 8. Security Maintenance >> 
4) 4. Generate reports

You can use and test any of these reports but probably I would use #6 
(Area, User).  Do not enter any user id and on "Application", enter the id 
COM.  On "Authorized to tasks", select 1=Some or All.
