Another option: If you have Integrator, then you can define a TEXT OBJECT (that actually is a physical file), your users will have a place to enter any number of comments. The best is that all text will be written to the file using direct SQL, so no programming is required. It is very easy to setup, in less than an hour you can have a complete solution.
